The Impact of Rebate Distribution on Fairness Concerns in Supply Chains

The reasonable distribution of supply chain profits among members is the core stability a chain. Manufacturer rebates are normal method to improve performance and balance profit distribution. Based on consideration behavior preferences members, in this paper, we study influence rebate utility. We establish utility model, including proportion distribution, fairness concern coefficient effort level, discuss three different situations members. results show that (i) manufacturer’s can more effectively with perception; (ii) other conditions unchanged, perception will have positive impact their own utility; (iii) at same time, when party who has discourse power sense fairness, conducive realizing stable development through changes
